The island tables we offer, thanks to their design, construction and equipment, perfectly meet the needs of our customers. Thanks to the wide selection of tabletop materials and the variety of frames – type A or C – each customer can find the optimal solution for himself. These tables often have a sink station at one or both ends, with one or two bowls. As a standard for our tables, we offer large ceramic sinks. Of course. Each sink has laboratory fittings secured with chemically resistant material. The design of the tables in accordance with the PN EN 13150 standard ensures safe work with harmful substances that laboratory technicians come into contact with on a daily basis.
In addition to basic utilities, such as hot and cold water valves and 230 V sockets, the sets we offer can be tailored to individual customer needs. This makes it easy to arrange different media on the table to create your preferred layout. Our island tables offer variety in both the choice of tops and sinks. There are 230 V electrical sockets on the top of the table, and it is equipped with two shelves as standard. At the customer’s request, the extension can be made in a half-built version. The modular structure of the extension gives great design possibilities.
Our consultants help in choosing the right material and designing the laboratory in accordance with the customer’s needs and expectations.
Laboratory tables are made of modular elements, which allows configuration of the structure. We distinguish the following elements of the laboratory table:
Island tables are intended for use in rooms with the following climatic parameters:
C-type frame – Q series – OPTIMAL:
Frames of this type are made of closed steel profiles painted with epoxy powder paint resistant to chemicals. The profile has dimensions of 60 x 30 x 2 mm. These frames have adjustable legs that allow you to adjust the height of the table in the range of 60-80 mm. Frames of this type are characterized by high load resistance. Q – OPTIMAL series racks allow for any configuration, but are most suitable for large, spacious studios, where compact dimensions are not a priority. The design of the frames allows access under the furniture, although access to the installation through the system of suspended cabinets may be a bit more difficult and requires professional advice. Q – OPTIMAL series racks are not recommended for use in microbiological laboratories.
FRAME TYPE A – SERIES Q – IDEAL
Frames of this type are made of closed steel profiles painted with chemically resistant epoxy powder paint. Profile size 30 x 30 x 2. These frames are finished with feet with adjustable height of the table level in the range of 60 – 80 mm. Racks of this type are characterized by excellent resistance to loads, often heavy laboratory equipment. They also have a high resistance to wobbling when working with such laboratory equipment as centrifuges or laboratory shakers. Thanks to the use of Q- Ideal series frames , we can successfully create any series of laboratory furniture with the possibility of free configuration and modification at virtually any time of use. The advantage of this type of racks is also the ease of access to the installations behind the furniture. This is possible thanks to the design of the furniture, where the cabinet is like a container placed in a frame, which allows for easy disassembly at any time in order to get to the installations behind the table. The design of the rack, which maintains a distance of 140 – 160 mm between the rack and the floor surface, also facilitates access under furniture, which ensures easy maintenance of the cleanliness of the laboratory room.
